The location of the venue was central, adjacent to Brighton with friendly hosts, Brighton marina on the street and restaurants/shops. Plus, I was not too far from a historic fortress. Absolutely perfect and excellent location, it was so close to Brighton, really close to the seafront and all the local bars in Kemp Town, sea front and pier and the coast.
